vi. Using a good toothbrush helps clean all your teeth to reduce the cavities and bacteria forming. Make sure to brush after sahur and 30 minutes after breaking your fast.

vii. Embracing a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables promotes oral hydration and overall oral health.
