How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Malaysia will take 5 – 10 Business days and international delivery will take 15 – 20 business days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
How to track my order?
We will send tracking number to your e-mail address associated with the order once the item is shipped.
What are the shipping rates?
We try our best to provide the lowest shipping rate in the market.
*Shipping rate for orders that are being shipped outside of Malaysia varies from RM40 to RM80. Please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can further assist you with.
How can I change my order after it's been placed?
We try to ship out our orders on daily basis. Changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky. Please contact us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will try our best to make it right for you. However, if the orders are processed by our warehouse team, then unfortunately, we will not be able to amend the said order.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the returns and exchange policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you can return the item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days from the day you've received the item(s). (Item(s) must be in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and not damaged). Item(s) returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.
How long does it take to exchange or refund?
It takes about 10-15 Business Days for us to process your return once we receive the returned item(s).
Can I get refund if the prices has changed since I ordered it?
As an online business, our prices may change in response to market trends, stock and demand from customers. We are unable to refund the difference.
What are the payment options?
We accept STRIPE (all major credit & debit cards, except AMEX) and bank online transfer.
How does the promo code work?
All promo codes are available for a limited time, while stocks last and cannot be used once expired. Promo codes are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order. Some promo codes can only be redeemed once for each customer. Promo code has its unique terms and conditions to allow fair redemption and distribution of promo codes to all of our valued customers.
Do you take bulk orders?
