If there’s any sign of manufacturing defect on DBRUZ products or if you find that the product does not meet your expectation, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or a refund. Please note, however, the product needs to be in the exact same condition as when you’ve received it and with the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

1. The products must be in the original packaging. 

2. Do not discard any packaging materials.

Returns/exchanges will take up to 10 - 15 business days, excluding shipping times.
